management company located in Southern New Jersey. Our
professional experience includes Billing and office management. Over the
years, our company has developed many contacts with insurance companies
and we find this to be beneficial for the billing and credentialing
of our clientele. Our experience in Medical Billing and
Credentialing will benefit your practice by increasing your cash
flow. Our staff attends seminars and work shops throughout the year
offered by the major insurance carriers to stay up to date on

Practice Manager as our practice management software. Chart
MakerŪ Practice Manager is the only billing software endorsed by the
Medical Society of New Jersey for their members STI
Computer Services, Inc., which is the software author and
support for Chart MakerŪ Practice Manager, is recognized by
Medicare as a Platinum Level Vendor, which is the highest
level of electronic compatibility with the Medicare Program.
Chart MakerŪ Practice Manager complies with all HIPAA regulations
and updates the software on a timely basis as new regulations
are implemented. You'll be amazed at the reports
Chart MakerŪ Practice Manager can generate! Reports can be generated daily,
weekly, or monthly---YOU Choose! We can model any report to
suit the needs of your practice.
We also use IntelliApp SE Credentialing
Software which allows for a quick turnaround time for
insurance and hospital applications. We love being able to
tell clients "I can have that for you by tomorrow!" IntelliApp
already has hundreds of insurance applications for all states
loaded into it's database, but if there's an application that
is not loaded, we will obtain a copy of it and load it into our IntelliApp SE
Software.
